I want to warmly welcome you to RSS family. I am honoured and feel very privileged to be the Principal of RSS. I am always excited and look forward to working with our students, staff and parents to make RSS the best school in the town. My commitment to our community is to lead the school with enthusiasm and passion to enable us to reach our goals.
I have an open door policy and urge all parents to take this opportunity to discuss any issue with me so that we can move forward together. We truly have a fantastic school with a supportive and involved parent community, dedicated and highly skilful staff, excellent resources and buildings and the most fantastic students to work with.
Families, teachers, support staff, community members, and administration all play a part in helping our students develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Together, we can make a positive difference. A strong partnership between home and school fosters greater success for our children. Parents are invited to become involved in our school. On our calendar, you’ll note the monthly meeting dates and times. Joining RSS is a wonderful way to have your ideas heard, as well as support the vision of our school. We encourage parents to communicate with teachers and staff to foster a successful partnership.

RADIANT SECONDARY SCHOOL (RSS), Mahendranagar is a modern academic institution founded by a group of highly experienced and dedicated academicians in 2057 BS. It is located in Bheemdatt Municipality-18, Kanchanpur, Sudurpaschim Province of Nepal. Initially, this school was established as a higher secondary school to run Ten plus Two (10+2) programs in Science and Management. Since then it has emerged as a brand for quality education under the name of Radiant Secondary School (RSS). Then it started it’s school level; from Play Group (PG) to Grade 10 in 2073 BS with the aim of offering quality education in school level. This is one of the leading English Medium schools in Sudurpaschim Province. The school offers comprehensive and quality education from pre-school to higher secondary; +2 level which is affordable to maximum parents. It incorporates a unique educational program in which physical and moral development activities go hand in hand with excellent academic studies. The school has always demonstrated excellent academic performance and obtained impressive results in the examinations from the beginning. In all NEB examinations, the school has been obtaining outstanding results right from the first SEE batch in 2074 and the results of HSEB examinations have also been very impressive right from the first HSEB batch in 2057/58.
RADIANT SECONDARY SCHOOL (RSS) caters to impart quality education to around 1300 students from Play Group (PG) to class XII. The primary aim of this institution is to provide value based quality education with student centered teaching approaches. Its programs are focused on facilitating students to achieve sound knowledge, skills, morality and confidence in them. Radiant has a dedicated team of experienced seniors and energetic younger colleagues working together to excel the quality of teaching in overall aspects. The school management committee is always keen for the continuous improvement to ensure open, caring and conductive educational environment. A high degree of discipline is maintained both in teaching and learning activities by closely monitoring each and every activities of students and teaching staffs. It also offers various scholarship facilities for the deserving and marginalized students of the society.
